Cancelling a pending order
If your order is still in Pending status, you can cancel it from your dashboard and the full amount will be returned to your site balance instantly. Balance can be used on future orders.
Partial deliveries
If an order cannot be fully completed, it will be marked Partial and the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your balance. No action required on your part.
Drop protection refills
If follower/subscriber counts drop within 30 days of a completed order, we offer a free refill. Submit a refill request from your dashboard order details page. Refills are not available if the drop is caused by your own account changes (e.g. switching to private, username change).
Balance refunds to original payment method
Site balance is non-refundable to your original payment method (M-Pesa, card, etc.) except in the case of a documented technical error causing a duplicate charge. Contact support with your payment reference within 7 days of the issue.
Duplicate payments
If you were charged twice for the same transaction, contact support immediately with both transaction references. Verified duplicates are refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.
