Orders

How do I place an order? +
Create a free account, add funds to your balance via M-Pesa, Visa or crypto, then go to Services, pick what you want and enter your social media link or username.
How fast does delivery start? +
Most services start within 60 seconds of your order being confirmed. You can watch the progress in real-time from your dashboard.
Can I cancel an order? +
Orders can be cancelled while they are still in Pending status. Once In Progress, cancellation is not possible. Partial refunds are issued automatically for partial deliveries.
What happens if my order is not fully delivered? +
If an order can only be partially filled, the undelivered portion is automatically refunded to your balance.

Followers & Safety

Is buying followers safe for my account? +
We never ask for your password. All we need is your public username or post URL. Our delivery is gradual and natural-looking, which minimises risk to your account.
Will followers drop over time? +
Some platforms periodically purge accounts. We offer automatic drop protection — if your count falls within 30 days of delivery, we refill free of charge.
Are the followers real people? +
They are real-looking accounts with profile pictures and activity. We do not use bots, but these are not organic followers who found you by search.

Payments

How do I pay? +
We accept M-Pesa (STK push or Paybill), Visa, Mastercard, USDT and Bitcoin. You top up your balance first, then orders are deducted from it.
What is the minimum top-up? +
The minimum balance top-up is KES 50 (≈ $0.40). There is no maximum.
Can I get a refund to my M-Pesa? +
Refunds for cancelled/partial orders go back to your site balance, not directly to M-Pesa. You can use the balance on future orders. Contact support for exceptional cases.
Is payment secure? +
Yes. Card payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant gateways. M-Pesa goes through the official Safaricom Daraja API. We never store card details.

Account & Resellers

Is account registration free? +
Yes. Creating an account and browsing services is completely free. You only pay when you place an order.
Do you offer reseller pricing? +
Yes — contact support or see our For Agencies page. Reseller accounts get lower per-unit rates and full API access.
How do I get my API key? +
Log in, go to Account Settings → API. Your key is generated instantly. See the API docs page for endpoint details.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it? +
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and follow the email instructions. If you still cannot access your account, contact support.
