Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order on follower.co.ke ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Service description

follower.co.ke provides social media marketing services including followers, likes, views and engagement for various platforms. All orders are subject to availability and platform terms. We do not guarantee results or that purchased engagement will be permanent.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Order services for content that is illegal, hateful, or violates third-party rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform or API
  • Resell services without express permission (see our agency programme)

5. Orders and payment

All orders are prepaid from your account balance. Prices are shown in KES and USD. Orders are final once In Progress. Partial refunds are issued automatically for partially-delivered orders. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these Terms, with a full refund.

See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: cancelled pending orders are refunded to balance; partial deliveries are partially refunded; completed orders are non-refundable.

7. Drop protection

We offer a 30-day refill guarantee for most follower services. If your delivered count drops below the ordered amount within 30 days, we will refill free of charge. This does not apply if the drop is caused by your own account activity (e.g. blocking users, making your account private).

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Third-party platforms

We are not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X or any other platform. Their terms of service govern your accounts. We take no responsibility for actions those platforms take against accounts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email or dashboard notification.
